Our team at Marshall & Co., believes in protecting and maximizing the value of your property, and minimizing any problems or headaches involved in managing your investment.
We offer 24 hours, 7 days a week maintenance service, with our Marshall & Co. team, who truly understand the value of not sending a general contractor to do a handyman’s job.
As leaders in the community, our team understands the importance of construction and maintenance knowledge, so that our Owners may benefit from this. We all know that bad maintenance decisions = high prices.
Our Tenant screening process involves a detailed analysis of all factors involved. In-house credit reports, focusing on income, past and present tenancy, and requirement of any explanation by applicant, for details not fully stated on the application. Our goal is to place a well qualified, caring, and responsible Tenant, for our Owner’s peace of mind, as well as our own.
Our staff meets weekly to discuss any and all Owner/ Tenant news, as well as any new laws, and legislation concerning investment properties.
