Can I move things into the garage before my lease begins?

Due to liability issues, most Owners do not allow this, however, simply by prorating a few days of rent, is allowed.

When may I get the keys?

You will receive the keys once you have signed the lease and other documents necessary, the Move-In funds are paid in full, and a Move-In Inspection has been performed.

Who do I contact for utilities?

At the time of the lease signing, you will receive our Utility Addendum, which provides you with any of the companies you will need to contact. In addition, at the signing, PG & E now requires you to fill out their form provided.

Will I receive a statement each month?

No, we do not provide statements showing rent owed.

What if I have an emergency after normal business hours?

If it is urgent, please dial 9-1-1. Otherwise, please call the number provided for you, on our voicemail, which will page our after-hours maintenance person. You will promptly receive a call back, and our maintenance expert will determine what exactly needs to be done at that time.
