MANAGEMENT FEES -
Our residential management fees are not collected until we first
collect the rent. Residential management fees range from $100/mo.
to 6% of the gross collected rent. This includes payment of mortgage,
taxes, insurance and property related bills. This fee does not include
leasing fees, which are generally 5% of the Gross annual rent, deducted
from the 1st month's rent and security deposit.
